Mis-use Issues:
Boatsandchandlery.com is intended purely as an advertising site giving buyers and sellers a place to meet on-line. Other than hosting the adverts, we are not otherwise involved in the buying process. Once you have made contact with the seller/buyer, the transaction no longer involves Boatsandchandlery.com and is purely a transaction between the two parties.
The site has been designed as an additional service to Premier Marinas customers and also to others in the boating fraternity. It is provided to users in good faith and we expect people to engage with the site in a way that is positive for all users. We expect the site to be used in a way which respects all visitors and gives everyone benefit.
It is not our legal responsibility if this does not happen but we will endeavour to ensure that all reported mis-use is investigated so please contact us if you experience any of the following on Boatsandchandlery.com as we would like to know about it:
- Misleading listings
- Items not described as accurate
- Companies trying to publish general advertising
